A co-founder of LTI, Dallis is the former president of Business Council Credit Union in Orange County California. Dallis is a professional with over 20 years of experience in managing financial institutions including credit unions. Dallis served formerly as Executive Vice President of American Express/Shearson Mortgage Corporation, Senior Vice President of consumer lending for Great American First savings bank, senior lending officer and credit administrator for Union Bank and Security Pacific National Bank. He has served on the board of directors of several financial institutions by the appointment of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. He is a graduate of San Diego State University and specializes in structured financing and risk management for consumer lending operations of credit unions. |
