Tom was formerly Associate General Counsel for the California Credit Union League, the trade association for over 700 California and Nevada credit unions. His duties included advising credit unions on legal and regulatory matters and advising the League's management and affiliated organizations on a wide variety of legal issues. Tom received his Juris Doctorate from the University of California - Hastings College of the Law in 1989. He is an attorney located in Orange County, California. His law practice focuses on credit union and credit union service organization law and regulation, corporate, commercial and real estate law. |
